What a great photo of Blakemere! This was to celebrate our Christmas dinner day and to raise money for charity.

Blakemere had the best time in their Stone Age workshop this week! We had so much fun learning about how the stones were transported and put into place; this is something they practised in their groups in a mini race! To bring in the festive cheer we have been making our Christmas cards for the community and creating our own 3D pop up cards! Yesterday it was great to see the happy faces in the class as they were taking part in the AmaSing Christmas special workshop, a live workshop with 1,000s of other children around the county!

In maths the children worked hard to use the bus shelter short method for division and in Literacy the class started writing non-chronological reports on the Stone Age.

Have a wonderful weekend!
