Hatchmere have had a lovely final week of this term.

We've learnt all about the story of Easter and took part in lots of Easter crafts (we hope you like the Easter cards!) and especially enjoyed our trip to the Church. It's always lovely to see the children take part and enjoy the Church services at St Peter's. This week we also had a visit from the Bishop of Chester and impressed him with our singing in assembly.

This week we've been recapping on the sounds we've learnt and focusing on the names of 3D shapes.

On the Hatchmere homework page is a selection of homework tasks, we appreciate the holidays are precisous family time so hope you find the activities practical and family orientated. After the holidays as a school we will be developing homework, we invite you to a meeting in school on the first Wednesday back. Miss Hume will be discussing these changes with you fully.

Have a lovely Easter holiday and make sure to email over all the exciting things you get up to over to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. so they can be included in your child's learning journeys!
