Another fun filled, fun packed week for Linmere.

We have been busy making the school look patriotic; we have bunting and Union Jacks galore. The school is strewn with red, white and blue.

This week we have been finishing off our amazing Olympic torches which now hang proudly from our sky lights.

On Tuesday was our class assembly, which was our chance to show our parents and family members all the things we have enjoyed this half term. The children were amazing and should be proud of how clear and confident they were.

To put the finishing touches to our Jubilee garden we have been working alongside a willow artist, we helped make obelisks to support green team's home grown sweet peas, and a giant gecko that is now scaling one of our oak trees.

Thursday was a really hectic day as we cooked all day, we were baking for our Jubilee stall, hoping to raise money for our school cookery club.
