Our highlight of the week was definitely meeting with USA 7s Rugby team!

Nunsmere class were lucky enough to find out about the day in the life of a professional rugby player, have a Q&A session from the players and even watch them training on our school field this week!

We have been continuing with our place value work in maths, this week with a big focus on rounding numbers to the nearest 10, 100 and 1000.

In literacy, we have been learning all about fronted adverbials and applying this to our writing. We have also continued learning about the structure of a newspaper report.

In science we have been learning all about the teeth in animals and humans!

We have been learning about Tutankhamun and Howard Carter - we are looking forward to writing a diary entry as Howard Carter next week!

Have a lovely weekend
