Nunsmere had a great time making vegetable and halloumi kebabs!

Throughout school we have all made a food from the country we're studying. We are currently studying about Australia so we decided it would be nice to make kebabs that you would traditionally cook on a BBQ.

This week we also had our second brass musical lesson with Edsential. The children were able to choose their instrument and have made a lovely start to on how to play a set range of notes.

In maths last week we have been working with decimals, firstly rounding and then looking at money. The children have worked well in solving problems: multiplying, dividing, adding and subtracting various amounts.

In literacy the children have absolutely loved looking at the text 'Leon and the place between.' The class have been able to use their senses, a range of adjectives and verbs really effectively.

I hope you had a lovely weekend.
