Nunsmere have had a lovely end to term.

They started the week with a visit to Father Christmas, which was absolutely wonderful - everybody loved the Christmas decorations... especially the snow machine! The pictures from the visit are on Google Classroom.

This week marks the end of our "How Did History Begin?" topic, which the children have all loved. This week they looked at the end of Prehistoric Britain, which was marked by the Roman Invasion and they loved creating their own newspaper report for the invasion!

This afternoon we enjoyed an online pantomime called "Covidella and the Masked Ball" which everyone found hilarious! The children have also created some wonderful Christmas artwork using oil pastels - everyone put in so much effort and were all so proud of their work.

The children have all worked so hard this term, I have been blown way by their enthusiasm and attitude towards learning and look forward to starting a new term together in the new year.
Thank you all so much for the lovely Christmas cards and gifts, it is deeply appreciated.

Wishing everybody a joyous Christmas and a wonderful new year,

Miss Bate and Mrs Campbell
