Pickmere class celebrated International Women's Day by writing acrostic poems on equality.

In maths this week we have been converting between fractions, decimals and percentages.

We have been creating persuasive adverts in literacy. We learnt about endangered animals in our topic work and then created charity adverts in our literacy work!

We have also been learning about renewable and non-renewable energy in topic - making information leaflets on Purple Mash!

It was International Women's Day on Thursday and we learnt all about the history of it and why it all started. We then created acrostic poems on equality to celebrate International Women's Day.

We have moved on to Hinduism in RE. This week we learnt all about the Hindu creation story!

Have a lovely weekend
